Whether you’re arriving straight from the office or the beach, we suggest you come dressed in costal chic attire and/or smart casual dress in order to fit the Bourbon Steak vibe. Swimwear is not permitted.

Sunday – Thursday, 5PM – 9PM

Friday – Saturday, 5PM – 10PM

Reservations are highly encouraged. We offer complimentary valet parking. Just drive up to the front entrance of The Seagate on Venetian Drive to have your car valet parked, and a member of our team will provide parking validation upon your request. To enhance our wine selection, we are delighted to open bottles from our guests’ cellars. A corkage fee of $50 applies for the first two 750ml bottles, and $100 for each additional 750ml bottle. Please note that corkage is not permitted for bottles that are currently on our wine list. Outside desserts can be brought in for a fee of $5 per person.
