PRIVATE DINING FAQ
Yes there is a food and beverage minimum spend requirement to reserve a private dining space as exclusively yours. Bourbon Barrel is $2,400 and Whiskey Row is $2,600. Please note that the minimum spend excludes tax, gratuity, and setup fee, however there is no room rental fee applied. There is validated parking in Seagate’s valet when dining for up to 4 hours.
Groups of 12 guests or less are able to order from the restaurant menu. Groups of 13 or more must pre-select items from the Private Dining Menu. Your guests will have the opportunity to select their preference for each course from our Private Dining Menu. These guidelines exist to ensure a quality experience that is representative of the Chef Michael Mina experience we are known for providing.
We do not offer separate checks. One check will be presented at the end of the dinner and you will need to provide one singular credit card to be charged.
We do not, however, a credit card is due with signed agreement and will be used should a cancellation fee need to be assesed.
The room is exclusively yours, for you and your group, for a total of 2.5 hours.
