ABOUT CHEF PABLO VALENCIA
Executive Chef | Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina
Chef Valencia is a Colombian native who has led culinary programs in various hotels and restaurants across the globe for over 12 years. Most recently, he served as the executive sous chef at Kalatua, a beachside Caribbean restaurant in St. Martin. He has also previously led culinary teams at Ritz Carlton locations in Key Biscayne, Florida, and Tysons Corner, Virginia. In 2019, Chef Valencia established his own food service company and has worked with notable restaurants across Colombia, including Mystique fine dining restaurant, which earned him a Five Star Diamon from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences. He received culinary arts training from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
